Highly respected sector leader supplying brand and own label fresh chilled products to an enviable blue-chip retail client base, our client is a large subsidiary of a multi site group with an unrivalled reputation for innovation, product quality and customer service. This dynamic business is led by a passionate commercially focused team, who are now looking to strengthen the Manufacturing Operation with the appointment of a Nightshift Manager.

Reporting to the Factory Operations Manager you will assume overall responsibility for maintaining and improving profitability and manufacturing performance levels across your shift.  You will be required to drive production whilst initiating and implementing continuous improvement programmes aimed at reducing costs and improving productivity.

A key part of this role will be to consistently monitor and improve the effective use of resource, providing leadership, vision and support to the operations management team, identifying development needs where necessary.
